How we can help

It goes “clunk, rattle, rattle, rattle…” If you took your car to the repair garage because it was making a strange noise, would you expect them to show you a list of every part used to build your car so you could decide what needed fixed? Most people don’t enjoy studying things like portfolio theory, P/E ratios, taxes, present value calculations, and life expectancy tables. As a result, most people are not in a position to evaluate most of the financial products and strategies available to them. If I were to provide a list of those things, including “butterfly spreads” and a “Stretch IRA”, most would not know what they are or if they were something they should consider for their situation. In reality many people aren’t sure what questions to ask in the first place, rather than giving you the “parts list”, below are examples of questions you may have asked yourself and we may have the answer.
  • Should I put money in an IRA or my company’s 401(k)?
  • Am I over insured?
  • How much emergency money should I have?
  • Do municipal tax-free bonds make sense in my tax bracket?
  • My insurance agent sold me whole life. Suze Orman said to only buy term. Which is better?
  • How can I save for college and still qualify for financial aid?
  • Dave Ramsey said I shouldn’t have any debt. Should I cash out my IRA to pay off my car?
  • As a business owner, how can I make larger contributions to my retirement plan?
And the list goes on…………………….
